Consultations

An initial skin consultation is the first step toward personalized skincare. During this appointment, we assess your skin type, concerns, and goals to create a customized treatment plan. Whether you're dealing with acne, aging, pigmentation, or just want to enhance your glow, this one-on-one session helps us recommend the most effective treatments and products for your skin.

Neurotoxin

Neurotoxins, such as Botox and Dysport are injectable treatments that temporarily relax targeted muscles to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Commonly used on areas like the forehead, frown lines, and crow’s feet, they help create a smoother, more refreshed look. Results typically appear within a few days and last about 3 to 4 months.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are injectable treatments used to restore volume, smooth lines, and enhance facial features. Made from hyaluronic acid—a substance naturally found in the skin—fillers like Juvederm and Restylane can plump lips, soften wrinkles, and contour cheeks or jawlines. Results are immediate and typically last 6 to 18 months, depending on the area treated and the type of filler used.

I am Sheenia Miller, the Women’s Health Coordinator at Primary Care Centers of Eastern Kentucky. I take great pride in serving the community where I was born and raised. With extensive experience in healthcare management in aesthetics, I am dedicated to promoting health and wellness while helping individuals feel confident and empowered. My career has spanned various specialties, including neurology and cardiology, but my passion lies in aesthetics. As a certified Permanent Artist, trained at the prestigious Eye design School in New York under a renowned artist known for her work in celebrities, I find immense fulfillment in enhancing clients confidence and natural beauty. On a personal note, I am grateful for the support of my partner, two remarkable sons, and a cherished daughter-in-law. Meet Madison Patrick, MSN, BSN, RN

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

I am a proud native of Eastern Kentucky, born and raised in Hazard, KY. I’m grateful to be returning home in my career and bringing a new level of care to my community as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. My journey into healthcare began after graduating from Hazard High School in 2009 and earning my Bachelor’s in Health Science from Eastern Kentucky University in 2013. I initially worked in marketing and business administration in Louisville, Ky. and Miami, Fl. but ultimately felt called to a more meaningful path—nursing.

In 2018, I earned my BSN from Bellarmine University and began working as an ICU nurse at Hazard ARH. My career then took me across the region as a travel nurse, providing critical care in hospitals throughout Tennessee, Virginia, and Kentucky. I went on to earn my Master of Science in Nursing—Family Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University in 2023.

While I loved my time in critical care, I found a new passion in the world of aesthetics. I completed advanced aesthetic training at The Confidence Lab in Chicago with Rana Kennelly and continued hands-on mentorship with Brooke Evans at Hue Aesthetics in Louisville. I fell in love with aesthetics because of the immediate and lasting impact it can have—helping patients feel more confident, empowered, and comfortable in their own skin. When someone sits in my chair, I have the opportunity to brighten their day, boost their self-esteem, and empower them to go out into the world feeling stronger and more self-assured. Confidence is transformative—it changes how we show up in the world and how we connect with others.

With my strong clinical foundation and a deep understanding of both the art and science behind aesthetic treatments, I’m thrilled to offer customized, high-quality aesthetic care to my hometown. My goal is to provide a luxurious, safe, and results-driven experience that enhances natural beauty and builds lasting confidence.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife to my husband Chase and the incredibly lucky mom of our beautiful baby boy, Saxon Collier. They are my greatest joy and constant motivation. I’m beyond excited to share my passion for aesthetic medicine with the people of Eastern Kentucky and to help others look and feel their very best—inside and out.
